COMMON RAIL BIG TESTER
(use with work bench)
Description
Tester have two section first is adj. presure (pritisak) and second Pulse (impulsi)
on workbench must have instaled Rail, Pump Bosch CP1 with any valve and presure sensor (delphi)
connect valve and senzor to tester (vent/senz) input , and contect tested injecotors (Inj1- Inj4) to connector
adjust presure 10-1600 bar and pres Adj(red) - presure be locked (presure have constant level , automatic regulated you may change RPM
presure is constant)
Now set pulse duration time 100 - 3000 uS pres Adj, after this set number of pulse 100/500/1000
for select of injector Voltage use switch 72V/12V/150V
Tester may test With diferent speed 1 - 50 pulse per second
In Pulse meny have option for change number tested injector 1 - 4
Pressure control may be automatic and manual
support
all comonrail injector (bosch, delphi,denso,siemens ) magnetic and piezo and work all pump who have one valve
for test two valve pump must have "bosch testeter" (look home page)
